Bike helmets are here. Please let Nurse Ellen know if you need a bike helmet for your child or yourself.

Ticks are out. The Vermont Department of Health recommends nightly tick checks for children and adults if they have been out in the fields and the woods. We don't want to over react, but we want to be careful. There is a link to "Be Tick Smart" a helpful PDF from the Vermont Department of Health on the Newton School Homepage. Please remember if you remove a tick, save it to show to your doctor if you are not sure what kind of tick it is. Nurse Ellen is also very good at identifying ticks.
